TXC was ranked among the top 6%~20% of listed companies in the "2023 Corporate Governance Evaluation" (10th Round)

The result of the "2023 Corporate Governance Evaluation" jointly held by TWSE and Taipei Exchange was announced on April 30, 2024. The company has ranked among the top 6% ~ 20% of listed companies since the 1st Round. From the 2nd to 4th Round, it has been won the top 5% of listed companies for three consecutive years. The 5th to 9th Round was ranked among the top 6% ~ 20% of listed companies. 

Within the evaluation of 1,706 listed companies in the 10th Round, the company was ranked the top 6%~20% of the listed companies. In the future, we will continue to strengthen the operation and functions of the board of directors, increase the disclosure of corporate governance and other related information in the annual report and the company website, uphold the corporate governance spirit of safeguarding the rights and interests of shareholders and treating shareholders equally, and report the company development and operating results to relevant stakeholders through transparent and open information to fulfill corporate social responsibilities.
