第九屆「111年度公司治理評鑑」本公司排名上市公司前6%~20%
由「台灣證券交易所」及「中華民國證券櫃檯買賣中心」所共同舉辦之「111年度公司治理評鑑」，已於112年04月27日揭曉其評鑑結果，本公司自第一屆起獲得上市公司排名前6%~20%之肯定，第二屆至第四屆連續三屆獲得上市公司排名前5%之殊榮，第五屆至八屆獲得上市公司排名前6%~20%之肯定。 本次第九屆於1,662家上市櫃公司評比中，評鑑結果維持上市公司排名前6%~20%，日後將持續強化董事會之運作及其職能，增加揭露公司治理等相關資訊於年報及公司網站，秉持維護股東權益及平等對待股東之公司治理精神，以透明、公開之資訊，將公司發展及經營成果回報予各相關權益人，以善盡企業社會責任，相關資訊請查閱以下網站:
